A former CMO and Canada's Marketer of the Year, she built her career on revaluing overlooked assets. She originated the platform's patent-pending cooling concept from years of returning government stranded assets to productive use.

 

As Chair of the Board & COO, she oversees operations, operational readiness and the development and integration of the cooling technology.

25+ years across infrastructure and technology, including Nortel Networks and manufacturing, with deep working knowledge of the computer systems, hardware and software a data centre runs on.

 

PMP® (PMI, 2011), with a Masters Certificate in Project Management from the Schulich School of Business. She has led international infrastructure projects in Canada, and the UAE.

As President & CEO, she sets corporate strategy and leads the private institutional capital raise, financial structuring, investor relationships and the Project Management Office that drives delivery.

A former elected member of a provincial legislature and a long-time local business owner, he has championed local investment, job creation and regional economic development in his community.

 

As Director & VP Government Relations, he leads provincial and municipal relations, community and stakeholder engagement, and the Indigenous economic-development partnership.

 

That work builds the social licence, local support and approvals a data centre campus depends on.

As Director & VP Construction, he leads construction management and delivery across the campus, from site works through completion, backed by a long-standing network of developers.
